I wonder If banks will loan the money to a college student for buying a rental property. Even if he as the cash for downpayment, doesn`t he also need proof of steady income to afford a loan?
Can you use future rental income as income guarantee to secure a loan? Unless of course the loan is in the name of the parents. Just a thought.
