Take a hot shower do some light stretching. Tomorrow try a little walking and a little alcohol. I set my watch when I leave LA to the new time zone as the plane is taking off to start to get me used to the time zone change ASAP. The Guinness will help, drink some water after being on a plane for 4-5 hours. Try wacking off! It couldn't hurt!
