Rick, I'm "...a Dem" and I don't want "anyone with a pulse and even a few without one" to vote. A little broad brush?
I have no problem asking for legal identification to be given a ballot. I just don' want a modern day quasi version of poll taxes or things that are perceived as impediments to otherwise legal voters from showing up and exercising their right to vote. I don't think you want that either do you,... 'ya "Con"?
