phase 9's
I have a set of Pete Weber's phase 9's and phase 10's on my 3 liter. We spent a good day on the dyno and compared them to a few of the other systems, including megaphones. To my surprise, Pete's system gained 10HP over the megaphones. Muffler voodoo I am told.... At Lime Rock, with some of the most stringent sound levels of any of the tracks I frequent, I have not been black flagged for noise since putting them on.
One of the aforementioned systems in particular robbed 100hp of power from my car! 100HP!! I have the dyno sheets to prove it. If I could scan them in here I would.
This system's cost is measured in cubic dollars, but well worth it. And they are pretty. Yes, they are on a race car, but they are actually quiet at idle, and sing when opened up, and flow very well.
