I bought mine on Ebay, $60.
A salvage yard should sell them as well...see if you can by the "package": owners manuel, quick reference guide, maintenance sports cars, radio reference guide, radio operation manual, dealer directory, warranty info, and road side booklet.
Is all this needed, probably not. I just prefer to have things in order.
