6'3" and right around 300, but I carry it well
At my last checkup, 12-1-07, the doc said it wasn't that big of an issue, but I had quit smoking cold turkey in may. He would rather have me heavy, and not smoking, than thinner, and smoking. He also said I couldn't really lose weight right now with the holidays, and not smoking. My body is still freaking out from no nicotene, and trying to lose weight would just depress me.
Well, the holidays are over, and it's time. I feel like crap.
