She works in a Urology clinic. The Penis Sizing Guide is a thing like a drill guide, that shows diameter. They use this for determining the proper size of certain devices used such as "condom catheters" which are catheters held in place by a latex part that goes around the........well, nevermind. She and the other ladies in the clinic think the Sizing Guide is hilarious.
