I’m getting ready to finally roll my 1973 2.0 out of garage and get her on the road. (as soon as this snow goes away!) Since, up to this point, the car has been comprised mostly of many individual pieces, I have not had the need to have it insured.

Now, since I work in Manhattan and commute by train I don’t drive that often. And, since I have two other vehicles, the 914 will be used only occasionally (shows, meets, etc.). I’ve started to look into getting “collector vehicle insurance” for the 914. The rates that I am getting are extremely attractive. But, I have a few questions for the group.
