Any Doggy Doctors In The House?

On Friday morning my sister woke to find her dog in intense pain. The dog was squinting, barely able to open her eyes, and the hair on her back was standing up.

She rushed her to the vet that morning. Vet suspected chemical intrusion.

Dog was in bad shape over the weekend, sister administered drops, and dog was slowly coming around. Even played a bit with toys.

This morning the dog was right back to Friday AM condition- maybe even worse.

No clues as to what could be causing it. The townhouse complex did pressure wash concrete on Wed/Thursday with bleach solution. I theorized that maybe some came under the door and into the dogs face, but sister said dog was fine that night. It also wouldn't explain a relapse. There has been no other changes in her home. Lots of rain over the weekend should have washed away any residue. No recent pest control.

Anything she should be looking into? This AM she dropped the dog off at the vet for an extended stay. It's an 8 year old brown dog that looks like a Dingo dog. No previous health problems in 8 years.

Thanks!
