There's really no substitute for getting the proper CIS fuel pressure tester gauge - I believe they can be found for around $60, check on 924board.org, there's a thread in there.

Expect that there's a very good possibility the fuel distributor, WUR, and/or injectors are plugged and will need to be replaced with good rebuilt units before she'll be back in action. SpecialTAuto.com has very good prices on these. But also consider if it's worth spending the hundreds of dollars on that; conversion to EFI with a MegaSquirt is also an option, and very likely more desirable in the long-term if you wish to modify (raise boost and add IC)...
