You are correct, I was going by ones who got caught committing crimes, some convicted, then being reelected or blindly defended. Look up what corrine brown has gotten away with over the years, and how she has played the race card to keep out of jail. Locally we have had many problems, but passes are given and excuses are made. As long as black leaders keep the communities believing they are victims, they will stay victims.
