Been thinking about your problem...if nothing else checks out and it's for sure leaking at the bottom, then it could be you have a bad intake valve. I have never heard of that on the board before but it's possible. If the valve were leaking compression, it could be blowing compression back in the intake and out through the injector port...but I would think you would see other signs with that like compression coming back out the AFM. Run a compression test to determine if that is the problem. Only takes a few minutes and it's easy to do.
