Thanx for the quick reply. I feel much better !.........I'll try and make the time to attempt the repair, in a couple months........The trans needs work, it never like shifting into 5th gear and it needs syncros.
I guess I'll have to budget the $$ for the trans repair, and do them both at the same time since the engine will be out. The seal I'll attempt, but the trans work will have to be done by a pro.
Any recommendations for a shop to do the trans ? I'm in the San Gabriel Valley / Pasadena area.
