Yea, I dont think turbos are supposed to come with the "swivel option", try tightening the clamps like Goran suggests. However the oil on your exhaust wheel does not look too healthy- how old is the turbo and what kind is it (cant tell from the picture). Why is that A/N line apart in the picture, could that have been a leak?
