Things weren't so bad when Bill was president, and I'm assuming that you are old enough to remember. People who think another Republican would be the lesser of two evils haven't been reading the papers, and I don't mean the editorial page.
BTW, rich is a relative term, and mere millions isn't what constitutes rich in the Republican playbook. I believe GWB refers to them as ''The Ruling Elite''.
Guess what. They Are. IMO, allowing corporate America to regulate itself isn't such a wise idea. A lot of money can be made by overlooking things such as clean air or water, ethics, or the economic health of The United States of America. The rich are getting Much Richer, and the economy is not so sweet.
To say you are against social and fiscal responsibility for short term economic gain is a little short sighted. The Democrats are not gunning for you. And the fact that you think they are means that you are buying into some serious rumours started by people who are selling you down the river for their own benefit. Not exactly the blind leading the blind, but you are being suckered.
