(Jon Ward designed, fabricated and owned that thing ... it had nothing to do with ZZ Top except they knew bad and nation wide when they saw it.)-- (For those that were not there ... in the 70's- 90's if there was a "too fast to have a VIN" in Los Angeles .. odds are Jon Ward had it pass thru his shop....
I dropped into this thread as it was about the RSR ... but why aren't there any picts of it besides the ass end in a garage? You have me interested ... drag it out!
As I remember back in the day .. Brad Davis was fresh off of "Midnight Express" ....... "mulholland racers" was supposed to be a Brad Davis film and "a serious movie" ...... before the studio and Harry Hamlin botched it ...
anyway .. would love ta see a shot of Seņor Banning's car pushed out of the garage ...
