In NY State, you would just list those rifles in the sporting goods section of the local paper's classified section. They have an extra value because they are unregistered and not officially tracked. That is the advantage of not using a FFL. Or the local Penne-E-Saver. Is that possible in CA? The other responders seem to say no. Around here they would be gone in a few days out the garage door for cash. Glenn
