Moderator please allow me a little leeway here.
Just requesting a experienced opinion, does selling "AS IS" resolve the seller of all responsibility? Is there any accountability in specific misrepresentations made about the vehicle?
Just looking for a general opinion before I pursue any further. Thanks.
