Let's hope valves are alright then.
Put your new tensioner on. No need for new belt yet unless teeth are sheared on old one.
As far as lining every thing back up. Take the plugs out so the motor will turn easier. Get a socket, 22mm I think, & short extension with ratchet or pull handle. Put the socket on crank pulley bolt & turn clockwise, feeling for resistance. When you get close to lining the mark on pulley up to the pointer on timing cover back, start checking the hole in the bell housing for TDC mark. Go a little bit at a time so you won't pass it. When the TDC on flywheel is lined up with pointer, you're at TDC. Now loosen idler enough to jump teeth on cam pulley to line up cam pulley to its mark. I'm pretty sure you're going to be off some or you would crank up.
With every thing in line, cross your fingers & fire her up. If she starts your valves & all are OK. Now while you've got all that stuff off, get it back to TDC & put on new belts, check balance idlers.
I'll do a search of a post I made with balance shaft pulley alignment & edit to give you the date, etc. It will keep me from typing so much.
