I believe that the 964 3.8 blade has a fixed angle of attack, the wing in the very first picture ihas an aftermarket add on blade
the 993RSCS has a variable 4 position adjuster, 0*, 3*, 6* or 9* generating a net -119 to -713 n of lift(aka actual downforce) @ 270kph
