My question is, why does it matter? I don't mean to flame you, but why go through the trouble of this? Let the rice boys do what they want and let them waste their money in pointless mods that they think will make their cars faster. Sending in that letter won't do anything, because anyone reading the magazine won't be effected by it.

Also, you should know the difference between a rice boy and a tuned car. Not all japanese cars are rice. Like the Supra you mentioned. Most people here agree that a Supra is a great car. It's just a different car than a 951. I agree with your statement for the most part, I just think you're wasting your time.

And another thing, even though the 951 is only 10-12k, it is still a 15 year old car, and with any used car that old you have to go through the trouble of finding a good one and dealing with everything that comes with buying an old car.
