I was able to find one of my dads patents #4823510.
I was told that when he worked for Burlington Industries back in the 60's he came up with a way to lubricate a loom without taking it apart. My uncle said that Burlington received a patent for what ever it was that he did.
I do not know and dad passed away about 13 years ago.
