Makes you wonder if the surface irregularities of the hyper-bubble represent extremely small differences in the initial implosion velocities/density of the individual shaped charges. Kind of like the early inflation of the universe. Notice the effect on the guy-wires out paces the hypersonic inflation of the bubble.
