If it was safe enough to get you to the a/x on the highway ( legally ).
Why wouldn't it be safe for a/x?

A/X's are supposed to be below freeway speed with no objects to hit other than cones?!?

The most likely scenario for an injury is a spacey course worker getting nailed.
