Then on the DE/TT thingy,
Stock seat/stock belts: OK
Stock seat/comp belts: not OK
Race seat/stock belt: not OK

I really do not understand this at all.
How are comp belts not safer in every situation?

This leads to the question: Why don't passenger cars have comp style belts as OEM equip?
