Very cool movement going on there IMO. Assuming the $$ spent is realistic and you don't have guys painting 'faux' patina on their cars.
The husband of one of my wife's friends does these for fun and the 30's rod he showed me was waaaaaay cool. not one expensive part on it but it did run nicely.

Well i had #6 adjusted perfectly but then just before i tightened it a butterfly in Zimbabwe farted and now i have to start all over again!
