Not even close. No matter WHAT they said, unless it was something along the lines of "I'm going to kill you pig" and the threat was credible, which it wouldn't be, he had NO RIGHT, legally or otherwise, to LAY A SINGLE FINGER on them. Completely inexcusable.

I'm all for beating your kids when they get out of line. You, beating YOUR kids. Not some loser piece of **** cop on a power trip trying to act hard because he can't hack it anyway else.

I can't help but wonder what the previous 5 minutes look like. If the kids were lipping off while the 'meter maid' was writing tickets, then they probably got what they had coming. If this was the start of it, then why were they taping?
