As long as I only have to worry about the vehicle, that is fine. I just don't want to find out later that I have to pay more than its worth. My son should have gotten more info but they told him not to worry about it. I thought it had been taken care of and its been two or three months now. The insurance companys are basically blowing him off as each claim it was the others fault and both only had liability insurance.

The jeep was probably only worth $3000 before he wreaked it so it's not the end of the world, but it was in my name and I don't want it to come back on me, or him.
