I think you should also post on the early911Sregistry forums to get their opinions as well, but I would also say 30k+.
I think the next issue of Excellence will have B Anderson's latest early 911 market update, if you can wait a month...
Of course, not everyone agrees with those #s (some say they are too low) either, but it will be interesting to compare with the early 2007 market update.
