Finally responding - sorry. The engine is too dusty for my application. Just kidding! It looks great and would be a reasonable solution if I didn't already have all the 2.7 parts I need.
Given all the recommendations I have had to move to 3.0 or 3.2 engine I would do that if a similar engine of that type was offered at a proportionally reasonable price.
Hopefully you had an offer for the engine, feel free to use this thread to tell us more about it. In the meantime, cover it.
