wow! two (ok, maybe three) points:
technically, it wasnt the street racing that killed the people. it was WATCHING street racing, that killed the people.
i am surprised there were older people there. a 60 year old was there???!!!
and finally, i learned in college that it is quite easy for forensic to determine if a headlight was on, before it it broken.
damn shame, if you ask me.
