At 86, I hope I can understand what a car is!! That's just great!!! Good for you and your Dad.
Denis Nothing wrong with old stuff, it's where new stuff came from right? As was pointed out during my recent DE at Willow Springs, the new cars have so much anti-skid, traction control, etc., that yes they can do a lap faster with a novice than a novice with an old car. However, the driver of the new car will probably have a harder time jumping in an older car and getting a good lap time than the other way around.
