i have a 968 short shift kit from Lindsay racing. its the actual shifter lever. its fully ajustable. you need to buy a momo shift knob as well. mine looks really good and works great. i love it. i got the kit, knob, and shift boot. all together it was close to $300 :/ but its worth it. becuase my old knob and boot was messed up anyways.
