ya i originally wanted to put the 997 carbon fiber shifter on but... it costs $350, and its not the easyest thing to do. there is another shifter application you can try. its not really a short shift kit but it tightens it up, makes it more precise. more like a ferrari or lambo. you can buy them from
www.rsbarn.com, i think its like $90. it replaces the factory rubber one. its not the easyest thing to put on, you have to do some fileling to get it to fit right, but after that ive heard its great. ill be at the porsche swap meet in hershey again this year. if ur there you can always take a look at it.
