Had the same thing happen, only they took off the license plate that had MY business on it and put their own. ...and mine was nowhere to be found. I made them take $50 off the bill to order a new one. They were reluctant at first but escalating volume in the showroom and a few f-bombs thrown in for spice changed their attitude.
