I agree, invite them all!
My twins are turning 5 in a few weeks. We decided to do two gatherings (due to the fact that most of our family is around 50 miles away in LA).
1. Chucke Cheese for the local kids and fellow pre-school classmates.
2. Family gathering at home (or sister's house) for my extended family.
