"I'll play. My crystal ball has failed a time or two, but right now it's saying Obama wins the nomination but Clinton makes it close right to the last second. Her supporters get pissed and give only half hearted support to Obama. Obama goes on to take big initial leads over McCain, but bylate summer the polls have McCain pulling even. By fall the right will have decided to back McCain fully, after reflecting they have more in common with a military vet/war hawk than a Harvard educated lawyer who just happens to be black. The red/blue state map will reconfigure with Obama picking up some southern and border states that were solidly Republican since 1980 and McCain making inroads into the liberal bastions of the northeast and (gasp) possible California.

Final tally: McCain wins by 75 electoral votes and a solid 7 percentage points."

You nailed it. I'll also add that I think this will be one of the cleanest campaigns in history. Neither Obama or McCain are that kind of campaigner and the public is sick of that ***** anyway. While the DNC and RNC might try to pull some BS (the DNC are actually trying it now) it won't wash and could ultimately backfire for their candidate.
