There are multiple issues that can occur at a pharmacy...
1. First come first served...nuff said!!
2. Insurance billing via computer can be extremely time consuming. The RPH that he is talking smack about probably had to deal with his rejected insurance claim over and over again until he was able to manipulate an approval (we didn't go to pharmacy school for this FYI)
3. The pharmacist also needs to screen his med profile for drug-drug interactions and oh BTW...his isn't the only person's profile the RPH is screening

O.K. LADY! As a guy who has stood on line FOR HOURS & HOURS waiting to get my poor old 93 year old mom's meds when she got struck with one or another old-person ailments, lemme tell

I think it would be great if you edited it down to be printed in large red letters on a large white placard and posted over the counter in all pharmacies!
