Recently I bought a 1977 tag in in I said fair condition for the father of the owner who is 70 or as it said second owner. The car has all interior good all instrumentation working only missing the the carpets and console. Targa top only the inner liner loose. One seat has to be fix broken leather and the driver side wood by the pedals Little broken. Exhaust is perforated by the time or use. The engine never rebuilt. He told me the car was never use in winter only summer. The last 12 years it has being at garage and use minimal,. I know that for sure because he is my neighbor. Has new tires, new accelerator cable, brarkes lines pads etc. The Engine compartment is cleaner than my office desk It has a 1977 Germany first aid kit never used. I think I will used if something brakes in this car. As I read about parts an all I get afraid by the cost of everything. I always love this car but after reading about 2.7 I am a little disappointed. I bought it under $10k.
