The 9/11 bombers met all together for the last time in LAS. Probably the second or third juiciest target on the threat board. The guy got sick before he could get the stuff spread.
One grain of salt sized dose was what put him in a coma. An ounce of powder was what killed all those Japanese in the subway station.
It's going to happen sooner or later.
