It is working. More and more people are leaving the state and many of them are legal residents. Reports over here are from families who have a majority of the people with a green card but who have several members who are not legal living with them. Whats happening is that they are moving to states who do not enforce the immigration laws so that everyone can work.
Its time for each state to enact the same law. For some reason the nationwide immigration law is not scaring them, but the Arizona law is. They know that WE WILL PUT THEM IN JAIL, and being in jail here in the summer is not fun.
Let them go back home.... and return after they get legal, if they can.
