She tried meddling in one of my projects, starting pi$$ing fire at one of my developers who had pointed out a technical problem. On the call, with every listening, I told her to lay off and take a chill pill... that the problem would get fixed just as quickly without her having a tantrum. I don't need my team being hesitant to bring up problems.
That didn't go over so great with her, but she goes elsewhere for her fun & games now.

I solve problems for a living so I am in the fire a lot of the time. Maybe that's my dislike for chaos. It's there for me anyhow. I don't need it created, it's there when I arrive at the customer. btw... I don't like it in my personal life either
