Sammy, the only thing that bugs me about transplants is many times "they" come here and are surprised its not EXACTLY like "back home". Then stomp around complaining about "the bagels here SUCK" or "I can't find my favorite wine! This place SUCKS".
Please move here and embrace all AZ has to offer. Just don't be pissed when its 110 degrees in May. When Dec/Jan roll around you'll love it!
Oh, for a test run, put your oven on 110 and put your head in there for a few. Don't worry, its a dry heat!
