2.0L heads... Help
Last year I had my '75 2.0L heads rebuilt by Mark Stephens (mistake 1). They convinced me that stainless steel exhaust valves were "just a good as sodium valves" well I bought the line (mistake 2). Now comes the problem... apparently #3 exhaust valve got a little tight for the valve guide and the guide broke loose from the head. I don't think the valve is actually seized, I can't tell for sure yet, the head is still on the car...but looking though the intake and exhaust valve springs the exhaust guide is clearly sticking out farther...
My question is, is there a good shop in the Berkeley or San Rafael area that can do a good job replacing the one failed guide and install four sodium filled valves?
