My dress watch is a Rolex and the owner's manual on that said you need to wear your watch a little tight to keep the band from stretching. Supposedly the band stretches more when the watch is being pulled around when it's loose on your wrist. That's more of an issue with gold watches, not so much with stainless steel.
Thats you changing, not the watch.

Rolex would say this rather than correclty pointing to their very ordinary bracelets.

I dont know how people manage to wear watches loose, it drives me nuts. Each to own I suppose.
