many are unaware of the amounts of snowfall arizona receives during just an average year. entire salt/gila/verde drainages are monitored for storm inflows and snowpak runoff by remote(BFE) weather stations that monitor runoff thruout all major drainages. lesser drainages being added yearly to warn of flash floods. all powered by solar.
