I was once on a bus from Hong Kong to Guanghou and met a really rude Isreal who was there for a textile convention (these are big conventions since China makes everything for everyone).
He said to me "Oh so you are an American, interesting. Did you know we OWN your country? Have you not seen how much money we get from you!"
What do you say to this type of arrogance... Is this just one person, or are there more examples of Isreali thinking they control the USofA.....
