Well, he is certainly not representative of most of the Jews that I have met. They are naturally often fixated on money but they are not bad people for the most part.
But our national policy toward the State of Israel is nothing short of insane. Try to think when was the last time you heard a member of Congress (from either party) ever even suggest anything bad about Israel? Are they that scared or are they bought?
