Precision Motorwerks did all the work, my VISA may never be the same again, but I have little doubt about it starting and running very well.

Original idea was going to be a quick and cheap swap and drop, dropping my running motor from my 84 Euro AT I am parting into the 85 Euro 5 spd with a TB fail motor that I bought. Well the heads stayed on, but I decided while its on a motor stand to pull the intake, clean everything and put in new seals, rubber, etc. along with a TB and WP. OTOH zero was done for anything but practical improvements, no cosmetic work, just stuff like Carls new oil thing, silicone oil pan gasket, motor mounts.

I am also thinking the less polish the more likely it sails through smog testing. Maybe the next motor I can get some hands on, get a few things painted or polished, but this is a closed hood driver, not a show car. Plenty of work for me to do on this one with the interior too.
