I don't hate Macs. In another post I outlined my recent less than stellar experience with trying to get a MacBook Pro to work properly with Apple's own peripherals.
The MBP was/is a beautiful piece, and had anyone at Apple Care been able to make it work properly, I would have gladly kept it. Perhaps if I'd taken it to dinner first, our relationship would have developed.
What I do find tiresome is the assertion of opinion (" really a superior machine", "easier", "better"...) as a fact that only the clearly unenlightened cannot see.
A product that works "enhances one's lifestyle", if that's the goal. I couldn't get the MBP to do either.
It sure was pretty, though.
